I initially hired Griggs Construction for a new fence and gate. The project was unusual and required a very high level of creativity and attention to detail. Jordan brought both in a big way. The result was terrific (my neighbor referred to it as "furniture quality"). I ended up adding two more projects and Jordan handled those with the same high level of quality and professionalism. I have hired dozens of tradespeople over the years, including during a major house remodel two years ago. They have done the construction for a couple seismic strengthening jobs that I designed and I had them help me with a roof framing repair project at my own house.
